Purchasing

Purchasing is an very big activity in any organization. It is one of the most important or core activity of the admin department. Purchasing can be divided into huge purchasing or small purchasing. The purchasing which require huge investment comes under huge purchasing. All the assets of the company fall's under the huge purchasing and stationery, books, special purchasing  fall's under small purchasing. The things which are needed as per the requirement, but doesn't incurred lot of investment comes under small purchasing. The large part of company budgeting is correlated to purchasing activity.
